Terms of Service & Pre-Order Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nebulaclock.com and placing a pre-order for the Nebula Night Pad ("Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or place a pre-order.

2. Pre-Order Agreement

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently in the manufacturing phase. You will be charged immediately upon placing the pre-order. This secures your position in our fulfillment queue.

3. Estimated Shipping Timelines & Delays

Estimated Shipping Target: Q4 2026

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping targets (including delivering prior to the holiday season), hardware manufacturing is subject to global supply chain constraints.By placing a pre-order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the estimated shipping date is an estimate, not a guarantee. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delayed shipments.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order and request a full refund at any time prior to the physical shipment of your device. Once the device has shipped, our standard return policy applies. Please contact concierge@nebulaclock.com to process a cancellation.

5. Product Specifications

The Nebula Night Pad is currently in the final stages of engineering. While the core features (aerospace-grade aluminum, OLED display, Ollie AI integration) are finalized, minor aesthetic or internal hardware specifications may change prior to final mass production to improve product quality.
