Fulfillment Schedule
The Nebula Night Pad is currently in the pre-order phase. Orders will be fulfilled sequentially based on your queue position. Once manufacturing is complete, you will receive an email containing your tracking information the moment your package leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (US & Canada)
We partner with premium logistics carriers to ensure secure delivery. Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. A signature may be required upon delivery due to the high value of the product.
International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to select international regions including the UK, EU, and Australia. Please note: International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by their respective governments. These fees are not included in the pre-order checkout price.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Nebula is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, our concierge team will aggressively work with the logistics provider to resolve any transit issues on your behalf.
